Free Money - Finding Federal and State Grants

Just want to pass along an interesting website I found called Uncle Sam's Money.

It's a site that offers a directory of government grant programs that you can apply for to receieve financial aid for starting a business, fixing up your home, a home downpayment, and much more.

I've searched around federal and state sites looking for info on Grants and had very little success. The government sites are cumbersome and its not easy to find what you are looking for.

Uncle Sam's Money does charge a one-time fee to access their directory, but given the amount of time it will save you, it is probably well worth the cost.

Well its been a crazy couple of months! My wife and I had our second child on New Years's Eve, so there's been a lot of sleepless nights and tired days. Not much time to add new Saving tips. But one thing I've learned is that eBay is a great resource for baby formula coupons.

Formula companies send lots of coupons to new parents to entice them to try their product. Parents who don't use the coupons often sell them on eBay at a discount. You can save a good deal of money by buying these coupons.

Make Extra Money by Entering Data Online

A buddy of mine told me about a great site that pays good money for
entering data from home. Data entry is always going to be a great way to make extra money. There are thousands of companies that prefer to outsource their data entry jobs rather than hire full-time employees to do it. Why? Because they can save money by not having to pay for benefits or desk space. So why not earn some cash by entering simple data for them?

The site my buddy stumbled on is called DataPro. Once you sign up, you receive access to a list of companies that need help entering data online and the information that they need to be entered. Since it is all online, you can do it anytime of day you'd like. There are no phone calls and no sales. Just enter the data they give you and get paid twice a month.

It sounds like a great deal...though I must say that I have not had time to check it out for myself. I've been too busy with this site and a few other projects. But it is on my 'to do' list and it should be on your's too.
